Exchange & returns


Laundry detergent

You will receive our detergent for free with an order of €79,-
If you exchange or return a product, please note that if the order value is less than €79, you must return the detergent.
If you decide to keep the detergent, that is of course no problem, we will then deduct the amount of €12.95 from the amount to be returned.

 

Exchange, you live in the Netherlands or Belgium

Did the size not fit you well, do you want a different color or a different product?
That's possible, you can exchange it with us once for free.
Step 1:
Please notify us by email: [email protected] that you would like to exchange your order.
Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you want to exchange and for what purpose. If we know which item you wish to receive, we can reserve and prepare it for you.
Step 2:
When your order was delivered, you will have received a printed invoice from us. Please send this invoice back to us. Write on it; EXCHANGE and please indicate which item you wish to exchange for. We will send out the exchange immediately as soon as we receive the package back (you do not have to place a new order).
If you want to receive a jacket faster and not wait until the package has been returned, we recommend that you place a new order.
You do not have to send the detergent with us during an exchange, otherwise we will continue to send it back and forth.
Step 3:
In response to your email from step 1, you will receive an email from us containing a shipping label, which you can download, print and send the package back to us.

Would you like to return it yourself? That is also allowed, these costs are entirely borne by the consumer.

LoveforRain cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at LoveforRain. So consider whether you want to send your shipment by registered and insured mail. Also make sure you have sufficient postage on the shipment, otherwise we will not be able to accept it.

Once we have received and checked your product, we will send you the new product. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.


Exchange, you live in another European country.

Did the size not fit you well, do you want a different color or a different product? 
You can of course exchange it with us, these shipping costs are your responsibility. Follow the steps below and you can pay these costs in the email you receive for a return label.

Are you not satisfied and would you like to return an item(s)? That is of course possible. You have the right to return an order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason.
If you return an item, we charge €5.95 return costs for the Netherlands and €9.95 for Belgium.
Step 1:
Please notify us by email: [email protected] that you wish to return your order.
Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2:
When your order was delivered, you will have received a printed invoice from us. Please send this invoice back to us. Write on it; RETURN
If you have ordered multiple items, please indicate on the invoice which items are being returned and which ones you may have kept. As long as it's clear, we'll figure it out. Don't forget to add the detergent to the return package.
Step 3:
In response to your email from step 1, you will receive an email from us containing a shipping label, which you can download, print and send the package back to us. Send the package back to us within 14 days after registering the return.
Step 4:
As soon as we have received the return, we will process it as quickly as possible. We will refund the return amount minus the return costs, via our payment provider Buckaroo, to the account with which the purchase was made. We aim to process this within 5 working days of receiving the return.
