Bust: Measure the widest part of the chest circumference, horizontally all around
Waist: Measure your waist (3 cm above your hipbone, and often the narrowest part), horizontally all around.

Sleeve length: Measure from the top of your shoulder (where your neck stops), over your shoulder and down to the top of your thumb.
Jacket length: Measure from the bottom of the neck vertically down.
