This long raincoat from the Happy Rainy Days brand up to the ankle is waterproof, windproof, breathable, lined with cotton and equipped with a unique intermediate piece. By zipping up this intermediate piece (the flap), which can also be concealed inwards, you have extra room to move and your legs stay dry while cycling, for example. This jacket also has extra nylon sleeve ends with elastic, which prevents rain.
The outside of this jacket is made of 100% nylon and has a coating on the inside, making the clothing truly waterproof. This coating also makes the material windproof to prevent cooling and breathable to prevent heat build-up. Technically, the fabric has the values of 5000/5000. This means that the fabric can withstand the pressure of a water column of 5000 mm - absolutely waterproof - and has a water vapor permeability of 5000 grams/m²/24 hours - very breathable.
All seams are taped, i.e. the seams at the back are provided with an "adhesive strip", so that no water can get through the seams. In short: This means that you can cycle and walk briskly in prolonged rain showers with this jacket.

Maintenance;
The jacket can be washed at 30 degrees with the tech wash that you receive for free with this jacket (or with another detergent that retains the waterproof and breathable properties of rainwear)
